Walden Has Announced New Partnerships with Organizations in Florida and Texas

Continuing its commitment to provide broad access to quality higher education, Walden University today announced five new partnerships with organizations that serve educators in Florida and Texas. They will prepare teachers, administrators and professionals in early childhood to new opportunities and leadership positions, focused on increasing knowledge and meet learning needs in early childhood and Prek-12 Education.

Employees of partner organizations can now obtain a bachelor's, masters or doctorate degree online at Walden. Employees can choose from over 60 online degree programs and over 300 majors and concentrations, including college programs, Richard W. Riley education and leadership. A leading provider of education degrees online, Riley College of Education and Leadership is dedicated to increasing teacher effectiveness and student achievement by connecting students to experts in education recognized nationwide, researchers and academics.

Walden new training partners are:

Florida Association for the Education of Young Children (FLAEYC)-FLAEYC is the largest professional organization for those working in health care and education in the state of Florida and is a local company in the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) and Southern Early Childhood Association (SECA). FLAEYC supports early childhood professionals by providing opportunities for leadership development, advocacy and professional.

Education Service Centers, Region 1, 2, 18 and 20 - Regions 1, 2, 18 and 20 Education Service Center (ESC) is part of a statewide system of 20 regional centers in Texas created to help school districts across the state. Regional Committee acting as a liaison between the Texas Education Agency and local schools, providing information and education for both federal and state programs. The main objective is to improve student performance and increase operational efficiency of the school.

These new associations to join the growing contingent of hospitals, health systems, business, nonprofit and educational organizations and institutions have been aligned with Walden to provide educational opportunities for their employees. Through Walden associations, organizations can help their employees to excel personally and professionally.
