Walden Has Announced New Partnerships with Organizations in Florida and Texas

Continuing its commitment to provide broad access to quality higher education, Walden University today announced five new partnerships with organizations that serve educators in Florida and Texas. They will prepare teachers, administrators and professionals in early childhood to new opportunities and leadership positions, focused on increasing knowledge and meet learning needs in early childhood and Prek-12 Education.

Employees of partner organizations can now obtain a bachelor's, masters or doctorate degree online at Walden. Employees can choose from over 60 online degree programs and over 300 majors and concentrations, including college programs, Richard W. Riley education and leadership. Congratulation to Mr. Jonathan Coyle a Walden University Alumni 2008. He has been named as the Director of Lighthouse Point Academy in South Florida.

As Quoted from Obverver today: "Jonathan Coyle has been named the Director of Lighthouse Point Academy in South Florida. Coyle is a 1990 graduate of Dunkirk High School and a 1995 graduate of SUNY Cortland. He went on to receive a master's degree in education in 2008 from Walden University.

2011 Georgia Teacher of the Year Began His Doctoral Studies at Walden University

Pamela Williams, the 2011 Georgia Teacher of the Year and a professor of economics at Applying County High School, is to demonstrate to his students that learning is a continuous process. Later this month, Ms. Williams will join more than 60 teachers in the state the rest of the year working on advanced degrees from Walden University, began his doctoral studies in Education (Ed.D.) program specializing in curriculum instruction and assessment in college, Richard W. Riley education and leadership.
